Training Programme
Our training programme, offered at the Phabulous Cafe, runs for 6, 12, or 18 months.
Trainees will receive support from the team on site as well as a designated mentor. Trainees can gain experience in handling food and drink, customer service, hospitality etc. as well as building confidence, routine, social interactions and so much more
The completion of the programme is not the end! Phab Life is dedicated to establishing and sustaining supportive social networks - all our social events remain accessible and we can signpost to other beneficial organisations that have been tried and tested by our own volunteers, trainees, and families!
